The Company would like to submit the interim financial statements for the third quarterended 30 September 2005 which have been reviewed by the auditor for your information as follows.
The operational performance for this quarter showed a net profit of Baht 1.408 million in comparison with the same quarter of last year which recorded a net profit of Baht 2.018 million. This resulted from the current year factory rental income was decreased from the last year after the Company had sold out a big lot of factories to a property fund in this midyear.
