The Company would like to submit the interim financial statements for the third quarter ended 30 September 2006 which have been reviewed by the auditor for you information as follows.
The operational performance for this quarter showed a net profit of Baht 11.303 million in comparison with the same quarter of last year which recorded a net profit of Baht 1.408 million. This resulted mainly from current year factory rental income was increased after the Company had sold out a big lot of factories to a property fund last year on one part, and an increasing in room service income of a subsidiary on another part.
