Thai Factory to invest Bt3.3 bn

Thai Factory Development will spend a total of Bt3.3 billion on its industrial estate at Bang Pakong in Chachoengsao and two condominium projects in Bangkok.
Director Gumpol Tiyarat said the company would spend Bt1.8 billion on two condominium developments in Bangkok - one on Sukhumvit Soi 59 and another on Rajdamri. Construction starts in the second half of this year and should be completed by 2009.
The 500-rai TFD Industrial Estate in Bang Pakong will cost Bt1.5 billion.
Gumpol said sales from the three projects should generate Bt6.4 billion within three years.
Thai Factory Development announced total revenue of Bt411.7 million and net profit Bt65.5 million for last year.
