According to the resolution of the Board of Directors of Thai Factory Development Public Company Limited to convene the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders for the year 2007 on April 26, 2007 at 10.00 hours at Din Daeng Room, P4th Floor, Princeton Park Suites Co., Ltd. located at No. 3, Mitr Maitree Road, Kwaeng Dindaeng, Khet Dindaeng, Bangkok, to consider the agendas as previously informed.

In order to provide shareholders with another way to access such information, the Company has also made the Notification of the Shareholders Meeting, together with supporting documents available on the Company website at www.tfd-factory.com/investor.htm from March 26, 2007 onwards. The documents are the same those to be delivered to shareholders whose names appear in the share register book as at April 5, 2007.
