Subject : Notification of AGM invitation letter 2010 on website

According to the resolution of the Board of Directors of Thai Factory Development Public Company Limited to convene the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders for the year 2010 on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 9.30 hours at Sathorn I Room, Mezzanine, Radisson Hotel Bangkok Sathorn, located at No. 36, Narathiwat-Rachanakarin Road, Kwaeng Yannawa, Khet Sathorn, Bangkok, to consider the agendas as previously informed.

In order to provide shareholders with another way to access such information, the Company has also made the Notification of the Shareholders Meeting, together with supporting documents available on the Company website at www.tfd-factory.com/investor.htm from March 24, 2010 onwards. The documents are the same those to be delivered to shareholders whose names appear in the share register book as at April 1, 2010
