Questions from Mr. Worawisut Wacharabenjaphat, a shareholder of the Company, which was submitted in the system of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholder No. 1/2025 , which was held on 28 January 2025, as following;

1. I would like to know the progress of the TFD 3 Industrial Estate area, which was previously announced at the Opportunity Day Meeting that it is in the process of submitting an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report, which will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024. What is the current progress? How many area submitted for consideration?

Answer: The Company has passed and received approval for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report on December 25, 2024 from the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning. Total area for consideration 1,230 rai.

2. From the Opportunity Day meeting, for example, the Company announced that around the fourth quarter of 2024, the Company will sell some of its factory-type assets for rent to the Thai Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust or TIREIT for approximately 1,300 million Baht, which will result in this year's performance being good when compared to 2023. Please let us know the progress because Year 2024 has already passed and there has been no update on this matter.

Answer: Since TIREIT was unable to raise sufficient funds to invest in the Company's assets as specified in the information form, the transaction was considered to be cancelled in October 2024. However, the Company still has a plan to sell the factory assets and is in the process. If there is any progress, the Company will report according to the criteria.
